1.- Q  How does it catch smoke and pollutant particles?
A  When passing through the decontamination tank, fumes and particles pass through a filter system of this nature, which are retained in them.

2.- Q  How do smoke and particles from decontamination tank get out to be caught?
A  Through a system of conduits with liquids which descend from the decontaminant tank to the pond. Actually they get out dissolved in the water.

Q  Does occupied water get dirty?
 Yes, It gets dirty with pollutants expelled by furnaces

Q  If water gets dirty, Where will we throw away contaminated or sterile water?
A  Actually, there will no wasted or contaminated water, there will be just pollutants, and water is reused continuously.

Q  If smoke wastes are trapped, hundred of kilos will be gathered, this will be huge in volume, where will they be deposited?
A  Generally, a high waste volume forms due to it has a dry recycling. With this new Indescon decontamination the process is different; wastes have a wet or damp recycling and they will become in solid volume occupying a 10% of their previous state.

Q  Where will pollutants be deposited?
A  There is just one way. Wastes are considered as hazardous elements. Only enterprises authorized by Ministry of Health can remove them.

Q  It is difficult to accept that those pollutants will be reduced in a 90% when trapped. How is it possible?
A  Let us to give an example, a drop of water which becomes in steam occupies 1.700 times its own space. A liter of water equals approximately to 20.124 drops of water. These would occupy an equivalent of 34.210.800 spaces per liter. Pollutants also occupy an over expanded place in an open space, so we think it is real the false spectre of their volume. If we catch them, they occupy a tenth.

Q Must filters be changed?
A  No, filters are not changed.

Q  If filters are not changed, how often are they cleaned?
A  Filters are cleaned automatically each second, are auto washable.

Q  What happens if there is no water?
A  If there is no water, sensors which control functioning will disconnect the system opening automatically the connection to go back to the previous system.

Q  Is it possible it stopples?
A   Taken all precautionary and emergency measures, it could not block or containing higher than permitted.

Q  What happens if any of the motors burns?
 Sensors and circuits give the order to pollutants pass directly through the furnace until the problem is solved. (Direct pass opens)

Q  All this, is a mechanical system?
A  It is a long term mechanical system.

Q  How long does this system or equipment have?
A  The equipment lasting average, having a proper maintenance, ranging from 6 to 8 years.

Q  How long is the filter INDESCON TM warranty?
A  Warranty is for 2 years, depending on the proper equipment manipulation. Market elements are not included in it.

Q  But is there anything that gets weakened? Does it have any weak point?
A  Every element that is working suffers wear, in this new “Industrial Decontaminator,” wear is minimal and fast solution.

Q  There are 1 or 2 meters diameters furnaces, how much should decontaminators be? Is it possible to manufacture them?
A  For large diameter furnaces, due to the smoke volume expelled, they can be applied in split decontaminators.

Q  How much is the cost to put it in a furnace or in a factory?
A  For every furnace you have to make one according to its diameter, volume and meters per second output of the contaminants, an evaluation of the height to be installed, the materials to be used, etc..

Q  What happens if the power goes out?
A  In that case, the butterfly that seals the flow of pollutants in the fireplace opens, and the flow goes straight up.

Q  What are pollutants reduced?
A   Pollutants are reduced to a solid black paste or cream.

Q  Is it very difficult to operate the INDESCON TM filter?
A  No, because a single button serves as the general ignition in a sequentially and temporalized way.

Q  What does it mean with sequential and temporalized ignition?
A  It means that the water pump runs first and when it gets optimal level in the decontaminator tank, the engine that makes the filter to run starts, then the turbo extractor begins to operate and then the oven turns on.

Q  Are the pollutants converting thicken the water in the tank?
A  No, that will not happen because the double bottom tank will receive solids that eventually will be withdrawn. 

Q  Does this decontaminator system spend much water?
A  One-tenth, taking into consideration the diseases caused by the pollution released into environment.

Q  In all the cases or furnaces, will steam be released?
A  Generally speaking, it will. But usually, we will not see visible pollutants.
